Our thoughts effect our physical and spiritual well-being as well as our emotional well-being. The goal is to enhance our sense of who we are and ultimately enhance our life
  • Only part of the work takes place in the therapy office. The other part occurs outside the office in our everyday lives, completing therapeutic homework and adjusting to new behaviors, new beliefs about ourselves and others and what we are capable of accomplishing

About the office:

  • Appointments are available during early morning and evening hours
  • The office setting is handicap accessible with ample parking
  • There are 3 offices in the suite, all clients need to do is push a switch identified with my name to let me know they have arrived
